Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare a 8x9 baking dish.
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix very well
- Add to the pre-greased baking dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve hot.
