This quick “Power up” mango breakfast shake is full of energy boosting nutrients, perfect for starting your morning.
We are now a couple of months into the new year. How have your resolutions been going? I know that it can be tough to stick to healthy-eating goals, but it is so important!
At the beginning of the year, I decided to eat better and get more exercise. I have been going to a great boot camp workout group, and it has been so good for me. For the past few weeks I have struggled to go because my kids have been sick, but I am determined to continue this journey towards being more healthy.
In addition to working out, I have been trying to incorporate more healthy ingredients into my diet. I have become a big fan of protein shakes and other energy boosting shakes. These are great to take in the morning, before a workout, or after a workout.
It is important to have variety, though, so I am always trying to come up with great new combinations. Today I am going go share a recipe for one of my favorite breakfast shakes. The liquid base for this shake is Horizon Organic Grassfed Milk. This milk is so creamy and fresh, and it really makes a difference in these recipes!

In addition to the Horizon Organic Grassfed Milk, this shake includes chunks of delicious mango, spinach, pineapple, and maca powder. These ingredients make for a combination that tastes great, and is sure to power you up for your busy day.
The great thing about this shake is that it is easy to make too! All you have to do put all of the ingredients in your blender, and it will be ready to go in just a few minutes.
You can switch the ingredients up with others depending on your tastes, but this one is really good!
